Design Realisation is the technical module that runs in tandem with the design project in year 1 of MArch. It aims at ensuring a project is sufficiently documented in order to be realised by the relevant design team, consultants & contractors should the project need to be worked up from a stage 2/3 design concept onto a stage 4 tender standard and beyond.
