Having developed the urban area, the site was subdivided into individual lots each with an unique building typology. The entirety of the site consists of different residential buildings with specific functions, this plot contains two integrated homes each with is own business attached. The 12m x12m area has been divided into two terrace houses from the front, with the differing east and west internal floor spaces alternating between the two residents as progress is made up through the building.  A strong connection between the two private residential buildings is achieved via the glass inter locking spiral staircase that connects both homes, vertical, horizontally and visually.
