Very few modern day homes in the 21st century are design specifically to the needs of the user. This project provided a local council estate as a site and fixed interior dwelling dimensions of 2.4m x 3.6m x 6.6m to design a home tailored to the needs of a chosen client. The unit has been angled in an optimum position to achieve the greatest overall building height and width as to make the most of the confined space. Each of the internal spaces has been specifically designed to achieve the needs of the client.
