An alternative planning mechanism to establish and control on demand urban developments in accelerated circumstances.  

In the early outset of the Fourth Industrial Revolution the imperativeness for new technologies and dynamism to be utilised in facilitating change is exponentially increasing, but there is a critical lack of adequately adaptive urban planning systems which respond to current evolutions. This thesis aims to outline a ‘plan for the unplanned’ through careful consideration of urban case studies in parallel to a holistic review of modern technological advancements to provide a framework for future policy development to support a new age of innovation.
